I am at 120 days, and I am still in no man's land. The last 2 weeks have been very hard on me. My resolve does get chipped away at and I think that one cig will ease the pain, so to speak. But, it will only increase the cravings. There is no option but to put one foot in front of the other and keep walking. I have to say that I do get discouraged when folks that have over 250 days say that they stilll want to smoke, or are having bad cravings. I do not want to have to live feeling like this for another 100 days! But, so be it if that is what it takes to be rid of this crippling addiction.
