Fish, I didn't see this before either, so thank you for posting it. It's definitely some good stuff and sometimes true.
I didn't have too many quit buddies when I first started out... I think it wasn't until definitely after 1 month, and possibly 2-3 months that I started really getting close to certain people... but as soon as I did, and learned that I could count on them to help me through whatever I was going through, it's been a LOT easier.
Sometimes they drag me along, sometimes I'm dragging them along and sometimes I think we drag each other... but we all make it smoke free somehow. Like Lady, I can't stress enough the importance of some good quit buddies. Mine range from less than 1 month to over a year, so it doesn't really matter where they are in the quit process. And never doubt how good of a buddy you will be... you have no idea how much your quit buddies will appreciate just having you there... I know I appreciate mine!
