It sounds like you have a good understanding of what works for you which is fantastic! I am very glad to read that you feel there is a shift beginning. This is all great, great work. Be sure to take time regularly to be mindful of your strength and all you have accomplished. Again, amazing work!
I am setting a new goal of 180 days as I have met my 100 Day Challenge. For me, I have found that a milestone in the distance works well and it breaks up the seemingly endless time ahead into manageable chunks. It provides a benchmark when I can reflect on the changes I am seeing.
I am beginning to sense a shift in my sense of well being and contentedness at times, a glimpse of the possibilities ahead. So I am moving forward with the feeling that things will get better and better.
