Both hubby and I are still quit as of today and I carry on feeling better and better...
For those who remember I wrote last week that I planned on tackling my driving phobia... well I had my first lesson yesterday with a wonderful patient guy named Pete and it went great. I was extremely anxious but managed to keep it under control enough that I didn't feel like an attack was coming on at any point. Gotta love deep breathing!!
My husband was whooping and cheering as I barreled into the driveway... then he commented that after something stressful like that I would have been chain smoking... it feels good to OWN my feelings.
And I saw the inside of a gym this week....
Sorry to keep going on but I feel like quitting is saving my life in more than the obvious ways.
Thanks for all your support guys x x x

Keep up the good work and tell hubby we are proud of him also.

Great job both you and your hubby are doing! That's wonderful you had that driving lesson too. You should be very proud of what you are accomplishing.
