I don't understand what's going on. I stopped stuffing myself with food and upped my exercise, but I'm still gaining weight.
Past 5-6 days, I've been mostly eating veggies, eggs, tofu, sauerkraut (vitamin C galore) and massive amounts of green tea and water.
I know that veggies and sauerkraut can make you bloated, but I'm not bloated, just plain fat, like every morning there is more and more blubber on my tummy (looks like celulite :8o: ) ...
I'm somewhat freaking out here, because I never had problems with my weight.
Today I put on jeans, and my stomatch freaking rolled over the waist.

How is it possible that I'm gaining more weight when I exercise (it's not muscle , I know it weights more than fat, but that's not it) and eat right. I heard that smoking speeds up your metabolism, but didn't think to this extent!
I need to lose weight fast, otherwise gonna have to buy a whole new wardrobe and give away my new cute bikini :)
