Before I let U open it U have 2tell me what's N there! (I might want some ;p)
I admit it. I grazed like cattle my first two weeks. Food was my number one 'smoke crave' buster. I still use cheese as a 'closer' after meals.
I have gained 6 pounds. (Not too bad) However, I didn't/don't eat donuts, french fries, ect. and I exercise 5 days a week.
So, the moral of my story is the same old song and dance.
Eat right and exercise and you'll maintain a good weight...yada yada
Personally Hope, I don't see anything wrong with quitting first if dietary changes are difficult right now. Also, remember this:
"Never suppress laughter, because it will go back down and spread your hips" I'm sure that is true. ;)
