It's hard to say, Jeni, but you should be prepare dfor at least some craving & have a plan for it. I would say for most people, 1/2 pack is enough to wake up the junkie & give her some strength, so don't be surprised at some craving in the next couple of days.
The imortant thing is you learn something from the slip, like what are you going to do next time you have a lot going on? Whatever the triggerrs were, try to come up with a strategy for the same or similar next time.
