Hi Imallclear You art too kind however youre the one doing the doing and you are the one helping the new people. Thank you for all your work and encouragement. It does get easier, easier, and easier. It will past. Remember mother time heals us. We just have to hang in long enough until mother kicks in and puts it on automatic. Hang tuff, post and help and forget about smoking. You are doing remarkable with your quit and the work you do for this site. Just remarkable! Thanks again Stickintoit

Hi Imallclear As Lady has said, you behaved very well and smartly. We are 100% with you, please expect and accept this. You could easily reset the bean counter where it rightly belongs. One smoke does not equal a reset. I will say no more; this is your business. I will still look at you with 33 or 34 days though. Good job over one month! :)

Hi Imallclear Today is another loving day of sunshine or rain, alone or with family; it is another day in the life of Imallclear. Quitting is no easy task. You have to remind yourself constantly that you dont smoke anymore and it takes a few to several months to train your mind to accept this new non smoking life. I m wishing you a great New Year and I wish I had been available however I probably would not have made a difference. Dont hurt Imallclear, keep going on, practice makes perfect and post more and let everyone help you. What really is of consequence is Imallclear, most of all your feelings, your life and happiness. Please be happy today. You are doing swell. Ive always been against resetting that little bean counter; no more day ones, you hear, forget about it, and I have learned something about my quit, how fragile it can be at times. However I have faith in you Imallclear, you can get. Try to remember dont dwell and use distractions Reaffirm your reasons for quitting , write them down so they sink in. Peace dear! Imallclear, What you do with your quit meter is entirely up to you and it sounds like you've chosen the way that will motivate you to KTQ the best. We are proud to see you getting right back to your quit! Keep strong. Danielle _______________________ The SSC Support Team

Imallclear, No reason to be ashamed. We are all addicts here and have all done things that we are not proud of to get our fixes. That is part of being enslaved to smoking. It controls our lives. The struggle to break free seems impossible but it isn't. Many smokers wish they could quit. You are one of the smart ones that realizes that you really CAN quit. Don't give up the fight. Refuse to give in no matter what. Keep telling yourself N.O.P.E. (Not one puff ever) Be proud not ashamed.
