How are we all doing? settling into Autumn? looking forward to our 1st smoke free Christmas??
Coming up to 6 months now, who would have thought it, certainly not me...die hard, spit in your eye smoker I was, stuff the health considerations, people are risk takers ....stuff the smell, you don't like it? then keep your distance!!!!
How things change...and that's what I love about life, that things DO change, sometimes for good sometimes for bad, but we all get just the one crack at it and it's fascinating to me to see what we do with our choices and chances...like I said, people are risk takers and you never feel more alive than when you put yourself out of the comfort zone to see what will happen next!!
Luck to us all, May quitters and SSC group members. Best regards Lilly :)
