My Sisters condition has slightly improved. It will be awhile yet, before she will be relesed from the hospital. Her father in law is not doing well at all. My other sister who got bit, is back to work. I have been having a rough time- I have been getting waves of craves that are driving me crazy, but I have not givin in. I am doing somewhat better this morning. I actually sleeped through the whole night. So this morning I am celebrating 90 days smoke free.
