thanks everyone,
Wow, this journey to being smoke free is quite the experience. I am so looking forward to feeling comfortable without nicotine. Now, I almost always feel like something is missing, like I should be doing something that I'm not doing, like I need something that I don't have. It drives me nuts at times (like the last 3 days). At least I do feel comfortable with the fact that I will not smoke no matter how I feel. Have an easy smoke free day everyone.
