But I am not going to smoke. I need to get my mind wrapped around on eating healthier foods. Cookies and ice cream need to be used sparingly LOL. I am working out, but I guess I need to find a way to burn more calories. Open to suggestions.
. But that is okay. It doesn't have to be a permanent. I haven't worked out much and today I returned to the gym. I did weights and walked the treadmill. My goal it to get to the gym at least 3 times a week, walk when it nice out and I have a big yard so there will lots of exercise there. And be more accountable to what goes into my mouth. LOL I have lost quits because of the weight gain, but NOT this time.
