Well ... this training for the mini-triathalon thing is still boosting up my calorie intake...but today I put the swimming, bike and treadmill together. I was just as drenched when I came off the treadmill as when I came out of the pool... (Why couldn't I be one of those graceful women instead of sweating like a man)
Yesterday - 1677 calories (25 mins on bike and 20 mins on treadmill plus some upper body weights)
Today - 1934 calories (if I plan to eat everything on my menu) (20 mins swimming, 25 mins on bike and 30 mins on treadmill...too tired to do any weights)
