s - rosemary/olive oil triscuits with laughing cow
l - chicken, greek spinach and chick peas, yellow squash
d - chuck eye steak, broccoli, salad with spinach, walnuts and strawberries
Today:
b - lf yogurt, golean, banana, strawberries
l - progresso chicken and wild rice soup, water
d - 6" Subway sweet onion/chicken teriyaki on whole wheat, rootbeer
No exercise today. I had to teach a course in a very technical subject and I think my anxiety burned 200 calories at least.
