I have a question

Gotta agree with Red here...I'm on the patch and I want to eat ALL THE TIME! The only thing that helps is will power...and trust me, I'm running low on it too!! I gained 7 lbs and then joined WW and lost 9, and all within the past 48 days...my problem is snacking, so rather than totally cut out all the snacks, I found some healthier ones that I enjoy (dill pickles, baby carrots, salt&vinegar crispy minis...) In my opinion, going back on the patch will not help you with controlling your weight. My 2 cents. Hi crazy, At this point, your body is clean of nicotine so putting some back into your system would be a bad idea. Even if you'd stayed on the patch program, eventually you'd be nicotine free...so that weight gain is just coming a little sooner than later for you. Try not to worry about it to much. Just keep it in check and when you feel strong in your quit, you can focus more on the weight. 42 days, you're doing an awesome job! Congrats! crazysexytanya, When you stop the patch you will most likely notice an increase of withdrawal symptoms. Basically, you have gone cold turkey when you stopped using the patch. We recommend that you monitor your withdrawal symptoms at this time and come up with a plan to cope with your withdrawal symptoms. Please discuss your withdrawal symptoms with your pharmacist or family physician if you are having problems keeping them under control. Hope this helps :).
