You will lol, but sometimes when I want to smoke, I think of something to do that I can not do and smoke at the same time. Congrats mamma D on 1 week! WTG :) Lainey took the words right out of my mouth when she said you have to consider yourself an addict. That has saved my quit. The worst is over yes, but now it is the mental game. What has helped me is looking as smoking as the worst form of addiction, as a disease almost. Now when I am at work, I look outside at the smokers out there puffing away. It looks like a bunch of crazy people, standing in the rain, puffing on white sticks. I pity them. It's amazing how my attitude and view of smoking has changed so much. So anyways, I hope this helps.
