Hmm...wanted to ask you, does caffeine intensifies anxiety? Two days ago I drank 2 energy drinks and started to feel really strong inner pressure (anxiety). It almost lead me to a panic attack but I somehow got out of it (what I was telling to myself was :"OK, panic attack, you're welcome, come and kill me and I will never feel any anxiety then"(pessimistic, but it worked). When I allow my panic to kill me, it stops. I want to admit that I haven't had any panic attacks without any reason at least for a year and suddenly this anxiety two days ago... I don't know what to think. What do you think, was it energy drink?
