Silvana,

Your being active in your progress and this is commendable.  Have you been keeping a journal?  Have you been writing about your attacks and when they occur?  This type of information can help you pinpoint areas to work on as well as triggers.

Enlisting in your doctor's assistance can help you as well.  Do the anxiety test again and take a copy with you to your next appointment.

I feel I've let myself down! Although I've been doing the exercises and my general anxiety has gone down my P.A. have remained the same, at least as far as frequency goes. I still get them every month or every other month. I'm losing hope of ever overcoming this problem and dread the idea of having to live with this fear for the rest of my life. My attacks happen suddenly for no apparent reason, just out of the blue, and I have no way of predicting them. I feel completely powerless. The only change has been the duration of the attacks€”from 20/30 minutes to around 5 minutes. Will I ever get rid of them for good?
