Hi Diva, Session 9 covers on how to get used to some of these symptoms we fear. It is called interoceptive exposure theraphy. I've done this, and it has to a certain degree helped, but not 100%. Some days are pretty good and others not so good but at least I am not so fearful. Radha

I find I focus much too much on physical sensations. and those can trigger (and have in the past) panic attacks. So now i know that that is one of my triggers. I just wanted to know what i could do about this. As in how do i go about minimizing this?
