Hi Lee, I too had dizziness all the time and found out as well that I just wasnt breathing right. I did what Isabella did and it does help quite a bit. I start with 4 breaths in through the nose, 4 breaths out and work my way (slow so I dont breath too fast!!) up to 7 in, 7 out. I also noticed that it happened more when I drank caffine so now I mix 1/2 decaf, 1/2 regular with everything from diet soda to coffee from D&D. It still tastes the same but I have less heart palps (those "gluglumps" as I call them) and less dizziness. Hope hearing that both of us had the same thing helps you! Beth :)

Lee, You need to relax before bed and use relaxation techniques such as hot bath, shower, good book or stretches. This will help you ease into sleep and perhaps start the day refreshed. Please check with your doctor to rule out anything medical regarding your dizziness. Make sure you keep a journal and advise when and where these spells are occurring. This may assess the situation better :) Keep Strong, Josie _______________________________ The Panic Center Support Team.

Lee, That once was my biggest complaint, I was constantly dizzy all the time. What I realized with me was that I wasn't breathing properly, either too shallow of breathing or I tended to hold my breath when anxious. I started doing breathing exercises everyday, even when I wasn't anxious and now the dizziness is a thing of the past. This might work for you too if your breathing becomes irregular when you're anxious. I just breath in through my nose to a count of 5 or 6, hold for a couple of seconds, then breath out through pursed/tight lips to a count of 7 or 8. This helps regulate the amount of oxygen and carbon dioxide in the blood. When we are anxious we tend to overbreath and this throws off the balance of carbon dioxide and oxygen which can result in dizziness, chest pains, heart palpitations, etc. Worked for me so maybe it could work for you. Remember, it will take several days of doing this regularly before you notice any benefits. Hope it helps you :)

Hi everyone, I noticed that my worst symptom is constant dizzy spells. I get them very bad when I am most stressed and don't sleep well. I would be able to deal with the anxiety better if I did'nt get them. Any help out there?
