Hi Alison i do the exact same thing.I love this group it makes me feel so much better knowing that everyone here has moments like me :) and its much cheaper than dashing off to my doctor to ask about every little symptom i get cause i just go through the posts and usually theres someone whos had the same thing!Goodluck. I do the same thing as well Alison. People have quite often joked with me that I have split personality because I can change dramatically so quickly but it's usually just because I'm not feeling well or are having an 'on edge' sort of day. You're not alone! :)

No, you're not alone. I do the same thing. Anxiety can make us feel horrible. Lorie

I don't actually think I have a split personality but I was just wondering if anyone else experiences such dramatic changes. When I'm in a fit I think very differently, it's like I'm in another world or a really bad dream. For instance, people are talking to me and I am not hearing them. All I can focus on is the panic. EVERYTHING is different when I am in this "zone". My daughter draws me a picture and I cry, people want to make plans and I can't think that far ahead. Not interested in food or anything fun. Then I snap out of the zone and boom, I'm back to normal. Still might even have some the the same symptoms but I think, "How could I of thought like that?" Please tell me that I'm not the only one like this!?!
