Hi mmmkkk,

I am sorry to hear about your withdrawal symptoms. It sounds like you sure have a lot of them to deal with! Check out Milestone 3 for information on withdrawal symptoms. Also, be sure to talk to your doctor if the symptoms don't go away in a few weeks or if you ever become concerned by them

How long withdrawal symptoms last depends on the individual and the individual quit. Generally most withdrawal symptoms lessen after a few weeks. Some sooner, some longer. How are you feeling today? I am hoping you are feeling better already!

Sorry to hear youre doing it hard. Im not sure how much longer to expect your withdrawals to last as lm only about to quit for the first time. But the patches should help. So strong of you to hang in there even with these heavy withdrwals. I hope you have time to lay down and take it easy when youre exhausted. Well done and thanks for inspiring me.

Hi I have been smoking for 14 years on and off Sucessfully quitted Few years ago then smoke again due to peer pressure and stress I stopped smoking for a week and I already experienced some terrible withdrawals symptoms I have dry throat, nasal / sinus congestion, some flu like symptoms which makes me very exhausted. I also feel fatigued and some dizziness. This make my quitting process very hard. I just bought nicotin patches hope it will helped Last time wasn’t that hard (just some mouth ulcers. ) How long will it takes to get better? Is it normally to have quitters’ flu? Or I just simply having a cold which I seldom have.
