Hello all, Allowed to smoke 8:00am to 10pm < 11 per day Today I start to reduce the number of cigarettes that I smoke along with the hours that I smoke. This is my plan. I have set my quit day to Oct. 4 Smoking makes me feel so bad about myself that its really upsetting. Hanging in there and working my plan. Hope everyone has a great day.
