i hava question if someone can support me will be great...i didnt smoke for almost two months but last weekend i slipped and i smoked, more so i smoked like i never stoped before that.. so now i am worried what to do? will all the physical withdrawl symthoms come back again?! should i just pick up from where i left... please advice as i dont want to go back to smoking :( thanks a lot for this..
