I don't visit very often, mostly because writing about smoking makes me think about smoking. Most of the time I just don't think about it anymore! How great is that?
9 months today!!!! It is so wonderful to be Free. My next trip is coming up shortly; southern France! Traveling is so much easier as a non smoker. Even the smoking dreams have stopped, thank goodness. Each day it gets easier and easier.
Now if I could just get rid of the weight I gained; being patient, eating lightly, moving a lot!
