I'll march late with 426 days and 8520 cigarettes not smoked. Amazing how those little sticks add up. Kind of creeps me out to think of the pile of butts I created in 25 years. Glad I'm not doing that anymore.

Another successful week. Now to start week twenty five! Lovely sunny days here at the moment, not being spoiled by smoke pollution. I for one, am so pleased to be starting out on another smoke free week. I am quickly approaching six months! This will match my last attempt at stopping smoking. Bring it on!......
