Well done on your five months! It is indeed a great target, but so is 6 months or 1 year, amd I'm sure you will reach those targets too!

Have a relaxing holiday, and just try to avoid repeating the triggers that led to your last fall! The Nico Demon is just waiting for you to let your guard down! At least you won't have to worry about your garden while you are away!

Whatever it takes, just don't smoke!!!

What a great day.........Five months is a great target to reach.! My cig money is paying for regular help in my garden, which is great. It looks a treat! Tomorrow I am off for ten days holiday in Portugal. A mini cruise and a drive through Spain, should be exciting. I am so pleased that I have managed to stick with this quit! So a holiday without smoking will be novel! I am prepared for the risk involved. It was on a previous holiday that I ended a six month quit. I plan to stay close and concentrate on all the benefits of quitting. So I will note smoke today, I will be too busy packing. N.O.P.E. Viv
