Start of week three! How great is that? I am so happy to be able to say this. Today I feel more confident about my ability to succeed in my quest to be smoke free forever. So glad to have last week over with & if I'm not mistaken it will be a little easier this week.
I will not let myself down
Not feeling very positive at the moment but fighting through it so I can get that "happy feelling" back again. Deep breathing!! I can do this, I know I can!! Congrats to all the non smokers!!
And what a wonderful Monday it is! My mother's oncological surgeon just did a scope on her bladder and to everyone's amazement there doesn't seem to be any indication of cancer. She had a very advanced case of bladder cancer a a result of 60 years of smoking and had gone through 7 weeks of radiation late last summer. I have smoked for 30 years and am very proud to say I will never ever pick up another one!!!!
