50 days is a major accomplishment and the one milestone that I was most excited about reaching! I figured that if I could make it 50 days I had it made! I hope that you feel the same and will be able to cruise right on to the beach... in another 50 days! Like you said, keep right on cruising one day at a time! Although you may continue to have a little struggle every now and then, I know that it is going to get better and better.

50 days went by quite fast.The first 24 days is what will keep me from ever smoking again.

I do not ever want to feel like that again.I will be glad when Zombie month is done. I don't feel like a Zombie anymore

and I am ready to keep moving forward one day at a time.
