Hey Lance,

When you met a smoker and posted your concern on SSC I think you received some very good advice at the time. The main thing going forward is to learn from your slips and realize that NOPE is the only option. I have no doubt you can quit again, but you need to be around people who are going to support you 100%. SSC has and will always support you. Just get back in the saddle and keep your NOPE close to the vest.
