If it is cold, hot, snowing, or raining, notice that you don't have to crack the window anymore. What's outside stays outside and what's inside stays inside.
Instead of checking that I have cigarettes and lighter when I leave the house, I make sure I have a bottle or two of cold water and sip on those as needed
