Momma D, this temporary inconvenience will yield a huge permanent improvement!  Yeah, its tough.  I struggled at the beginning of my quit.  But I knew that I was doing the best thing ever!  It is an emotional roller coaster, but it was a ride worth taking!  139 smoke free days is awesome!  Have you found a new hobby to keep you busy?  Volunteer?  Take care of yourself?  Do whatever you need to do!  Just keep taking it one day at a time...

Hi Mamma D!  If my calculations are correct that is almost 5 months.  Congratulations!!  You are doing great.  The hardest part I always found was to understand that your desire comes from the addiction and not the product.

It's not easy but some day in the not too distant future you will look back and say "I can't believe I was ever so addicted to these things"  It takes time and you are well on your way.  Look how far you've come already.  I know this fight has probably made you a little tired but its the fighter in you that has brought you this far and what will push you forward.  Understand that the product is nothing of value and be free of the addiction.  Keep the faith.

Hello gang.  I'm still smoke free but feeling really tired and drained.    I do not to go back to day 1 ever again.     I'm drinking lots of water and keeping myself busy.  Thanks for the helping hand.  Cigarettes will not change anything but I have changed and no longer need that extra burden
