hey lauren,,,, obsessing is part of panic disorder... i obsses about literally everything. when your body needs sleep, you will be able to sleep, not that that helps much right now.... i used to have night attacks either when i was just about to fall asleep and i would snap awake with a panic attack or i would just wake up with them in the middle of the night. they were some of my worst ones. now i try to read until i cant keep my eyes open. it seems to help

Do you ever get so worked up over the past? Like last night I could not sleep. Everytime I got close to falling asleep, panic would rise into my chest. Now I am obsessing over if I will be able to sleep or not. I don't know how I couldn't. I really didn't sleep at all last night and had a pretty busy day. I just get frustrated over worrying that things will happen again. If a "normal" person slept badly, they wouldn't think anything of it and here I am obsessing!
