Reached a milestone today and boy oh boy do I feel GREAT. I find that I am most tempted when things go really sour quickly and unexpectedily. When I am in those situations I now know that absolutely NOBODY or NOTHING can make me give all of this up again. I have been tested and retested more times than I can count and smoking would NOT have change one darn thing. I am getting a little more exercise and must admit that I am beginning to feel better. I hate the exercise part but I know its very important. I am just glad to share this day with you all. Hugs to you all !!!!
