Jules:
The main thing is to make sure that you are READY to quit.  It has been said that once your desire to quit is stronger than your desire to smoke you will do this.  Just remember that this can be done.  Best of luck and know that we will be here to help when ever you are ready.

Jules, have you read "the book" by Alan Carr?  Go back through "my program" and evaluate all of your answers.  You know deep inside that you want to quit.  If you need some time to regroup, then take a few days before you start again.  I want you to be well rested, stress free, and 110% ready to fight the nicodemon when you pick your quit date.  Grab my hand if need it!

I don't know what I am doing......I am smoking agian. I am not happy about it, in fact I am really mad at myself, I just read what I had posted in my original posting about how proud I was of achieving a month,,,,,,,,,,then I got motivated to quit again, and then I don't know.........I slipped and fell hard........and the crazy thing is, that I am enjoying my cigarettes. I thought I was ready to quit for good, and then, I took drags off of cigs that were being smoked around me, and I broke down and bought some,,,,,,,,,I hate it.  I hate paying for them..............this nicotine monster is a beast...............I need to brush myself off and get back on the wagon..............I am very sad, and mad. Jules
