Oh Christmas.....Don't be so hard on your self, it happens to the best of us...I too on my test run gave in on day 2 and a half...At least your doing one thing right and that is not quitting on your quit...It is harder when people around you smoke and since it is your hubby it's not like you can avoid him....How much have you prepared yourself for this quit? Preparation is the key....Take your slip as a lesson learned and reapply it to your quit so it want happen again...Having an emergency box,bag,or what ever you wanna call it does come in handy...Fill it with all things your going to use or need to beat those cravings...And when all else fails come here and post and wait for 5 replys by then the craving will be gone...We are all here for you and are rooting for your success...Oh and don't get mad at yourself get mad at the nico-demon and mad at the cigereet's...and also if you gotta eat do it, you can always lose weight later because right now the important thing is to focus on is not smoking...We are here for you and together we can all beat this thing...We can and you can do this...Stay strong and keep saying NOPE...
