Hi PB,

I suppose you feel a lot like your avatar pic - don't get me wrong; the dog is a cutie.

You have received great advice from members. These unpleasant moments do creep up from time to time and the best thing to do if possible is to take it easy and be gentle with yourself. After all, you are fighting a major battle.

You have come a long way with 82 days under your belt. Surely you don't want to go through Hell Week again?

Keep posting and take it one day at a time.

Keep plugging away, PB.  You are at a precarious stage of your quit right now.  Tired of the struggle and thinking it would be easier just to start smoking again.  Don't throw in the towel.  It will get better.  You've got the worst behind you!
