Carrie, sounds like you are continuing to treat yourself like royalty!  I like your rewards!  Simple things, but boy do they mean alot!  A healthy dinner.  A few small things for your home.  Do whatever you need to do to tell your brain that you don't need to smoke to be happy!  Keep taking it one day at a time, keep saying NOPE, and you'll go far!  And a huge WOOHOO back atcha!

You are almos tone with the worst part of the quit. Remember, you have the right to cry,rant,yell,eat. Do what you need to do to stay smoke free. It is common to experience wild mood swings during the first weeks of the quit. So hang on.We are rooting for your success!!!!
