Hey Gina! If you are having a bad moment and need some time to just sit down and do something for yourself like taking a bath, then do it. Don't feel guilty if your husband gets annoyed. You cannot control other people's reactions. When other people are acting like that, just say ok, I know he's upset and that is something he is going to have to deal with because I am not responsible for their feelings and I will not feel guilty for trying to help myself through this. I have the same problem with my husband. For the most part, he's supportive and tries to be understanding but he gets into that 'just get over it already' mode. When he acts like that I tell him, I know you can't possibly understand what I am going through right now so all I ask is that you pretend to. I hope you're feeling better today!

hey gina you cany expect others to understand because we have the feelings they dont...i think your husband is like my gf,they really are fustrated and dont know how to help us..i get thaty feeling alot gina some call it globous alot of people say its a gerd thing i dunno..the zpac i would say no,you could call the pharmacy but i think its just your body chemistry doing that to you..your day was going smooth,and it throws you a left hook..hang in there dont be tough,on yourself and dig in deep,and just hang in there..thanks for talking to me earlier,it helped me alot..your friend, outlaw

Hi Gina, I'm sorry to hear your not feeling well, try and relax if you can't relax try and keep yourself occupied so then your mind is on something else instead of your mind being on the way you feel. Because I find the more your thinking about the way you feel the worse you will feel. What about trying to find a hobby something that you like doing. It can be whatever you want to do for example I make photo frames and my own cards, you can get this stuff from any craft shops. I hope this helps, Try and think positive, Ruby..............

Can I come sit with you and cry??? We had a wonderful day here, beautiful weather and a great day at the park. We even did a small hike and shortly after that I started feeling light winded and of course, no need to explain what came next. We went home and I took a long time and still feel like a deer in the headlights. I too feel very frustrated, upset, depressed and mad.

i felt good all day.i mean great, normal,outstanding until this evening everything has gone down hill.now i feel like i have something stuck in my throat i just took a hot bath with this new stress less bath salt.i am sick of it all!i cant get a grip on life.my face feels werid.my husband seen me in the tub with candles lite and said OH GOD!instead of saying honey would you like me to wash your back he treats me like i am crazy.i am sorry for rambling!I JUST HATE WHAT THIS IS DOING TO ME!do you think its the z pack?i took it right before i started feeling werid?well iam going to calm down. gina
