You have the hardest week behind! We all know that you can do it!! Your body is in no physical need of nicotine, you have
no physical need for it.
Now it's all about the mental part of our addiction. It requieres patience . It's a challenging but empowering process.
So just fight one smoking tought at a time, and you will be fine. It get's better. The smoking toughts become less frequent and intense as time goes by.

WOO-HOO!!! You did it!!! Be proud and keep it up! One day at a time. My oldest and youngest and I all watched Twilight this weekend. What a treat!!! We had taken turns at the books and couldn't wait for the movie!!!! Can't wait for the sequel....team Edward or team Jacob??????
