Thanks everyone I think this site is really great. Its so nice and comforting to talk to other people that are going through the same problems and understand where you are coming from. Take care everyone

Warren, Please take our anxiety test and give the results and your questions to your doctor. This may better help assess the situation for both of you. Hope this helps, Josie ______________________________ The Panic Center Support Team.

Right. Schizophrenic people would not care that they were having these weird thoughts or ideas in their heads or they would think it was a sign or something real or something, whereas people with anxiety think thoughts or have images and are like "My God why is that image there. Oh no. What is wrong with me? Could I do that? I would never do that. Agh! And so forth..."

My doc told me that if I was scizophrenic I'd more than likely not give a **** about the anxiety and panic feelings. As you say it's dilusional and your in a state where Panic Attacks wouldn't/shouldn't/couldn't happen.

Hey everyone Okay this might seem like a weird or stupid question, but its something that is really bothering me and I cant seem to stop contemplation it. I know anxiety and panic atttacks does not lead to more serious problems like scizophrenia but what if you were kind of scizophrenic already but you jsut didnt know it. Scizophrenic people are delusional, so how do we know for sure that are thoughts are not delusional as well. I have a strong feeling that my thoughts are not delusional at all but is it possible that there are people out there that are completely delusional but just dont know it. All of what Im talking about is probably just formed by a lot of paranoia but I need some questions answered and some reasurance. Somebody please help me out.
