Hi April,

When I first quit I was getting a lot less sleep than normal and waking up a few times during the night.  Here's the key question.  Do you feel rested when you wake up?  I did.  I read up on it and found out that it's pretty common with the first stages of the quit.  Carbon dioxide in your system is rapidly being replaced with oxygen when you quit which makes you feel more rested in less time.  It happened to me and went away after about a month or so.  I wasn't taking any meds so if your feeling like crap you might want to go without for a couple nights.  Either way know that this is common and it too shall pass.  Take care and remember from here on it slowly gets better so why do hell and heck week again?  I'm not saying I'm just saying.  lol.  Keep up the great work April.

April it may be an extremely difficult time to quit - but think of how you'll feel when you make it through this.  You can do it.  Hang tough.  We're here rooting for you.

April, hang in there!  You are already smoke free 20 days!  Why put yourself through this again?  You work at a hospital.  I'm sure there is somebody there who can help you or you can talk to!  Make this be your final quit!  You are doing great so far!  Don't give into the Nicodemon!  It is tough, but anything worthwhile in life is tough.  Smoking won't make any of this any better, you know that!  Please stay smoke free!  It will get better!!!
