Some of the weight lifted yesterday and today I think it'll be even better. I read way back in posts here and just kept reminding myself I wasn't alone or the first one to ever go through this. helped a bunch.
My mind isn't dwelling on those past days now...........I can see light out in front. I have proven to myself that I CAN win this. That makes it a lot easier to say no to the craves. Thank you all again.

Hang in there Bob! Every day does get a tiny bit easier. That first week is a tough one, but pull out all the stops, all your coping tools. Walk, run, drink water, nap(when possible), watch tv, etc...keep adding to your list. Read and post...read and post...it really helps.
