Pet, congratulations on surviving Day 1! Looks like you know that alcohol is your trigger, and once you have drinking 100% under control, not smoking will be a piece of cake. You really need a good reward system, expecially to replace that cocktail and glass of wine you are so used to drinking every day. Just make sure the reward doesn't make you want to smoke! LOL!
