Thanks Melany, for the support This disappears after i panic these symptoms disappear. I would still be intrested to hear from the group if any one else has them and how they handle. Thanks Lilly

Lily, Having the feeling that there is water in your head prior to the panic attack could be the "aura" of a panic attack. Please continue to monitor these symptoms and if they persist, please make an appointment with your family doctor. With this he/she can rule out any problems. Hi, I have panic disorder and recently have been feeling like there is a water in my head, and then that would triger a panic attack. I also sometimes feel weakness in my muscles but after sometime it disappears, Does any one has these feelings or sometimes weakness on oneside of the body that disappears after i panic. Thank you Lily
