You are the first person who has said that they also feel like they have to go to the bathroom!! There is apparently a name for it. It is caused by the rush of adrenaline in our system.
I have Benign PVC's, abt 100 a day. A typical Panic attack for me is caused by these, due to my anxiety from them. My heart rate picks up, I start to sweat profusely, I then get nauseas, dizzy and my eyesight goes fuzzy, I cannot stand up, I have to lay down, but then I have to go to the bathroom, I get very shaky and weak. I have passed out twice and was sick to my stomach once.
Ativan helps but it does not work fast enough to stop the attack, just to shorten and minimize the spacey after effects.
I haven't had one since I have been on Effexor. That would be the beginning of January.
