I am so happy for you!
The part of you that is still scared to go back to the gym is called your "superstitious self" (I asked my therapist about it tonite at my session cause I am getting the same feelings) Its just the anxiety trying to climb back into the drivers seat.

I WENT TO THE GYM WORKED OUT NO PANIC ATTACKS!
I WAS SHAKING AN HOUR AFTER MY WORKOUT BUT I THINK IT WAS FROM USEING MUSCLES I HAVENT USED IN AWHILE. I KEPT TELLING MY SELF IT IS HEALTHY TO WORK OUT. THE WERID PART ABOUT ABOUT IT IS EVEN KNOW I DIDNT HAVE AN ATTACK. I AM STILL SCARED TO GO BACK. WHY IS THAT?
