Bonnie, I may have asked this before, but what type of dogs do you have? I have three myself and I love them to death. Three long haired weiner dogs, Precious, Maxwell and Fiona. They sure can help lick a tear off your face and wag a tail for you when you need it. Take care Kaiser, don't give in, we all need eachother. We don't want to start all over again. I have the don't quit poem printed and attached to my desk from a bump somebody gave me before. I am going to find the darn thing and bump it up again for all of us!! Take care my friends. Glad today is better..... It is chilly and looks like rain. I am snuggled in my chair, with 3 dogs and a blanket...lol My fur babies are a big incentive for me not to smoke.. and our newest addition Patches was one of my rewards. she is curled up at the top of my recliner.. behind my head.. her favorite spot now... Wishing a bright and Happy Day today, tomorrow and on and on Bonnie My Milage: My Quit Date: 2/10/2008 Smoke-Free Days: 86 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,462 Amount Saved: $292.40 Life Gained: Days: 12 Hrs: 8 Mins: 41 Seconds: 11

Lou P Lou: Today is much better. Thanks to you and all of my other supporters. When I got home last night I went straight to bed and read a book to keep my mind busy ( a relitivly small task)and when I woke up this morning I felt great. I will print out all of the responces to my call for help and keep them with me. You would not belive how much they helped. kaiser, I am so very glad that you made the day! I knew you could do it! Get some good rest.. I work myself tomorrow and when I work during the week I don't get much of a chance to check in till the evening around 8pm (if I am not to tired). I say that to say this... I won't be around to much tomorrow, but I am still pulling for ya! If things get rough remember Lou P Lou is out there pulling for ya, along with all the other members here at SSC! Kaiser, Don't let go now. Just think if you cave to the crave, you will go right back to where I am now. Trust me YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE HERE. I want to be there where you are. When I get to 88 days I want to see your meter at 169 days. You can do it. Be strong and don't turn back. I'm counting on you. Stay strong!!!!!
