Hi Imallclear
Today is another loving day of sunshine or rain, alone or with family; it is another day in the life of Imallclear. Quitting is no easy task. You have to remind yourself constantly that you dont smoke anymore and it takes a few to several months to train your mind to accept this new non smoking life. I m wishing you a great New Year and I wish I had been available however I probably would not have made a difference. Dont hurt Imallclear, keep going on, practice makes perfect and post more and let everyone help you. What really is of consequence is Imallclear, most of all your feelings, your life and happiness. Please be happy today. You are doing swell.
Ive always been against resetting that little bean counter; no more day ones, you hear, forget about it, and I have learned something about my quit, how fragile it can be at times. However I have faith in you Imallclear, you can get. Try to remember dont dwell and use distractions Reaffirm your reasons for quitting , write them down so they sink in. Peace dear!
