As you find the strength and courage to put just a little more distance between our last, it becomes plainer, and plainer to see that you are capable of avoiding the grasp and shedding the smoking addiction. If you are able to quit for a week, then you can for a life time. For some of us it is just finding something to do with our hands, others something to fill a void, and perhaps a false sense of satisfaction that needs to be overcome. I thought smoking did something to satisfy me; I realize now that I was wrong. Find things to replace those desires and in a relatively short time, you will shed the desire to smoke; and I expect you will be happy for that!
